The Botany of Madagascar & South Africa Tour

OCT 31, 2008 – NOV 18th, 2008

While Madgscar is home to the most unusual plant life on the planet, one can hardly escape the amazing lemur and colorful reptiles. The trip extension to the Capelands of South Africa served as an interesting contrast to the tropical setting of Madagscar. This slideshow is courtesy of Reed and Christina Wilson who lead the NTBG Nov 2008 trip to Madgascar and So Africa. Resident NTBG scientist, David Lorence, also accompanied the group on the Madgascar portion of their tour.
